Please is it possible to have the data of the actual number of pcr tests done, with the number if positives tests resulting from them, by area, for 2020, presumably there should be the data that the some many per 100k results come from?

Unfortunately, we do not hold the data you have requested. Public Health England (PHE) are responsible for COVID-19 testing and would be better placed to answer this request.
