I would like to make an FOI request on the following questions (broken down by vaccination brand currently available):
1) From December 2020, when the first vaccination took place on public patients to the present date, how many patients have died as a result of vaccination?
2) From December 2020, when the first vaccination took place on public patients to the present date, how many patients have been admitted to hospital with coronavirus despite having the vaccination?

1)
Deaths directly attributed to the vaccine due to adverse reaction can be found in table 12 of our Monthly Mortality Analysis. There are currently 0 deaths registered with the aligning ICD codes for this. However, should this change, they will be updated in this table.
2)
We do not collect data relating to hospitalisations. Our statistics are based on death registration data, hospitalisation is not reported on the death certificate. NHS Digital may be able to supply this information, they can be contacted via email at enquiries@nhsdigital.nhs.uk.
