- Data re. all cases of reported blood clots from any of the Covid-19 vaccines and per age group and per name of vaccine.
- Proof that the Moderna vaccine has been tested on animals and which animals were used.
- Documented proof of the clinical trials of these vaccines.
- Proof of what happened to the tested animals once they received the second moderna vaccine and then came into contact with the covid19 virus.
- A list of the ingredients of this vaccine and also the proof of its licence and when and where it got its licence to provide these vaccines for covid-19.
- The data referring to fatalities from covid19 vaccines within 28 days of taking the vaccines.
- Please state age per fatality and name of vaccine per fatality.
- Please also advise where this data can be accessed by all of the UK public.

Deaths due to blood clots after receipt of the COVID-19 vaccine:
Unfortunately, we do not hold analysis showing the number of deaths from blood clots after having had the COVID-19 vaccine. However, we are currently developing our analytical plans with an intention to publish detailed vaccination statistics soon for England. Once we have finalised these plans a publication date will be announced on our Release Calendar.
Deaths caused by the COVID-19 Vaccine:
Table 12 of the following dataset, Monthly Mortality Analysis dataset, includes figures for deaths involving adverse reactions to the COVID-19 vaccination. There are currently 0 deaths registered with the aligning ICD codes for this. However, should this change, they will be updated in this table.
Proof of clinical trials of the vaccine:
