You asked
Please provide the number of deaths and age range for all COVID-19 vaccines related deaths who have received both COVID-19 jabs in UK from the date of the first administered vaccine, which is Tuesday December 8th 2020 to today's current date which is Tuesday July 6th 2021.

We are responsible for the production of mortality data for England and Wales, this is driven by information collected from the death certificate at death registration. National Records Scotland (NRS) and Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency (NISRA) are responsible for statistics pertaining to Scotland and Northern Ireland. They can be contacted at foi@nrscotland.gov.uk and info@nisra.gov.uk respectively.
ONS mortality data is taken from the death certificate at the point of death registration. MHRA Yellow Card reporting data is based on notifications. Therefore, the Yellow Card data will be different to ONS data. We do not hold data on adverse reactions to the COVID-19 vaccination. You can find figures for the period December 2020 to June 2021, published by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), here.
Deaths involving the COVID-19 vaccination
The number of deaths involving adverse reactions to the COVID-19 vaccination for England and Wales (not restricted to first or second vaccination) can be found in table 12 of the following publication: Monthly Mortality Analysis dataset. There are currently 4 deaths registered with the aligning ICD-10 codes for this (U12.9). The latest data available is June 2021.
However, should this change, they will be updated in this table. This publication is due to be updated in August 2021.
