Please could you tell me how many people have been diagnosed with Glioblastoma each year, for the last 10 years?

Unfortunately, we do not hold data relating to the diagnosis of Glioblastoma. This information would be held by NHS Digital.
They can be contacted via email at enquiries@nhsdigital.nhs.uk, and by telephone at 0300 303 5678.
However, using the NOMIS webservice, we can provide deaths involving a neoplasm of the frontal lobe (glioblastoma) from 2013 to 2020 which you may find useful:
