Please supply how many people of each age group have had COVID -19 in the UK and how many people of each age group have died from COVID-19 in the UK.

COVID-19 cases by age
The COVID-19 Infection Survey (CIS) is a household survey. Our statistics refer to the number of current COVID-19 infections within the population living in private residential households. We exclude those in hospitals, care homes and/or other communal establishments. In communal establishments, rates of COVID-19 infection are likely to be different.
In the dataset accompanying our latest Coronavirus (COVID-19) Infection Survey, UK bulletin, you can find the modelled percentage of people testing positive by age group in England on tab 1g. You can find the modelled percentage of people testing positive by single year of age in Northern Ireland, Wales, and Scotland on tab 1e.
We do not hold analysis on how many people of each age group have ever had COVID-19 in the UK. Under the Freedom of Information act, public bodies are not obligated to produce bespoke analysis to respond to requests. We would therefore consider this to be information not held at present.
However, the ONS is considering producing analysis on how many people have ever had COVID-19 in the UK. Results from any such analysis will be published on the ONS website in due course.

COVID-19 deaths by age
ONS are responsible for the production of mortality data for England and Wales, this is derived from death certificates in the process of death registration. For Scotland and Northern Ireland statistics please contact National Records Scotland and NISRA respectively. They can be contacted by email via foi@nrscotland.gov.uk and info@nisra.gov.uk.
ONS do not hold UK data for deaths involving COVID-19 by age. However, we do hold this data for England and Wales. You can view our published figures in our weekly deaths dataset. Please download the 'Covid-19 -- Weekly registrations' table in the 2020 and 2021 datasets for weekly deaths involving COVID-19 by age.
