Please supply average House and Land prices for England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, in a time series from 1900 to the current period (March 2022).

The latest UK House Price Index (data.gov.uk) is available to download on the HM Land Registry's website, and contains a time series of average house prices for the UK, broken down by country, region and local authority (you will be able to apply a filter to obtain the geographic level required).
House price data are available back to 1968 within this file, although please note that under the UK HPI, data are available from 1995 for England and Wales, 2004 for Scotland and 2005 for Northern Ireland. The back series prior to this will have been derived using the historic path of the Office for National Statistics HPI to construct a longer time series back to 1968. We do not hold any data available prior to 1968.
We also do not hold any data relating to land prices.
