We said

Thank you for your request.

On 28 June 2022 we published the first results from Census 2021 on the population and housing in England and Wales that took place 21 March 2021.

Following this, we began releasing a series of univariate census data as part of the topic summaries which we began releasing on 2 November 2022. A topic summary is a set of data and supporting information, grouped by a similar theme. The majority of the datasets that we will release as part of each topic summary will contain data about just one variable.

We have currently published univariate data sets about household resident characteristics. Section 2 allows you to search the size of household for Greenwich. Section 4 allows you to search for the number of lone parents in Greenwich with dependent or non-dependent children.

More detailed information can be requested via our commissioned tables service from Census Customer Servcies. Such services are subject to legal frameworks, resources and agreement of costs. If you would like to request this bespoke dataset, please contact census.customerservices@ons.gov.uk to discuss your enquiry further.

In case it is of interest, Multivariate data, which combines variables in a single dataset, such as children by ethnic group, will be published during phase two of the Census 2021 outputs release schedule. This information will be similar to that which has been requested.

Multivariate data will allow you to combine variables and explore relationships between the data, collected from Census 2021 on the usual resident population of England and Wales. We are introducing new functionality for Census 2021 data that will allow you to make your own datasets, as well as view and download ready-made datasets.
