You asked

I would like to know the current 2023/2024 statistics on the violent crime conviction ratio based on group - what is the ratio of violence crime committed /convicted by immigrants/ UK Nationals?

Thank you for your request.

Regarding conviction rates, unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested. The ONS Centre for Crime and Justice produce figures on the levels and trends of crime in England and Wales primarily based on two sets of crime statistics: the Crime Survey for England and Wales (CSEW) and police recorded crime (PRC) data provided by the Home Office. Neither of these data sources collect information on prosecutions and conviction rates.

Court statistics and data on convictions and prosecutions in England and Wales are recorded and held by the Ministry of Justice. They publish court statistics on a quarterly basis. The most recent publication can be found here. The Ministry of Justice may be able to help further, they can be contacted at the following email address: ESD@justice.gov.uk
