You asked

In this dataset (https://www.ons.gov.uk/employmentandlabourmarket/peopleinwork/employmentandemployeetypes/timeseries/lf2o/lms), total working age population is reported. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with the working-age population in England from 08/2010 to 09/2021.

Thank you for your Freedom of Information (FOI) request.

The publication 'LFS: Population aged 16-64: All: Thousands: SA' estimates the working-age population (ages 16-64) for the whole of the UK, based on the Labour Force Survey. As that dataset estimates for the whole of the UK, and you have asked for estimates in England only, we can use a different source of data to provide you with the information you are looking for.

Please see below a table which includes estimates of the population of England for ages 16 to 64 years (inclusive). These data are based on the mid-year population estimates, which estimate up to the year-ending June of each year, respectively.

You will note that these estimates are by year (up to year-ending June). Therefore, the 2010 estimate of 34,118,045, for example, is an estimate of the number of persons aged 16-64 (inclusive) in England on 30 June 2010.
