Please could I request a mapping document of the new Lower Super Output Area (LSOA) 2021 boundaries to the Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG) 2019 boundaries for the South East.

Please see the associated download, named 'Map of CCGs and LSOAs'. This is a map showing 2019 Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) (by name) and 2021 Lower Layer Super Output Areas (LSOAs) (by code) for the South East region.
It is recommended to use a zoom feature to see the detail of the CCG and LSOA boundaries. Please note that some LSOAs may cover a small geographical area, particularly in urban areas, so it may not be possible to clearly see all LSOA code labels on the map.
An alternative source to see 2021 LSOA boundaries is to use the ONS Geography linked data website. Entering an LSOA code in the Search view will allow you to see a more detailed LSOA boundary, with background mapping for context.
