The associated chart 'People and Business Services Directorate.pdf' represents the current organisation structure of our People and Business Services Directorate.

  • Providing the data needed to satisfy a range of monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual reporting obligations on the size and make-up of our workforce.

  • Developing measures, metrics and analyses that help to understand the performance of the Department, and disseminating this information using appropriate media.

The roles within the Corporate System Support team, at Civil Service Grade 7, Senior Executive Officer (SEO), Higher Executive Officer (HEO) and Executive Officer (EO), are responsible for:

  • All aspects of system maintenance, including quarterly updates, testing and Service Desk Management.

  • Identifying opportunities to deliver existing processes within the corporate system, to create efficiencies.

  • Designing and maintaining a suite of HR, Finance and Procurement reports and effective interfaces between the corporate system and other systems used in the Department, to ensure the efficient sharing of data without duplication.
