Please supply the data for the number of children and young adults in the UK who died within 28 days of a Covid-19 vaccine in 2021?
This can be either the UK as a whole or broken down to England and Wales. Ages either 0 to 18 years or 0 to 20 years.

Unfortunately, we would be unable to provide you with the number of deaths of children and young adults in the UK who died within 28 days of a COVID-19 vaccination in 2021.
We only hold data on vaccinations for England, not the UK. We published the number of deaths within 21 days of a COVID-19 vaccination, by age group and dose, in our most recent release of Deaths by Vaccination Status, for people aged 10+. These can be found in Table 12 of the dataset.
In order to provide you with data for the number of deaths within 28 days of a COVID-19 vaccine for England, we would need use a high level of statistical skill and judgement including linkage of complex data from mortality data to the vaccination data from the National Immunisation Management Service in order to create a bespoke analysis or table. Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, Public Authorities are not obligated to create information in order to respond to requests. We therefore consider this to be information not held.
