Can you please send me the up to date figures of deaths from COVID-19 vaccines up to 3 weeks since receiving the vaccination.

Deaths that have been directly attributed to the vaccine, due to adverse reaction, in England and Wales can be found in table 12 of our Monthly Mortality Analysis. There are currently 0 deaths registered with the aligning ICD codes for this. However, should this change, they will be updated in this table.
