11.         How many of the SAR were not complied with in the 28 day window?

Please note, owing to the nature of our systems, the information regarding whistle-blowing and grievances has been collected to date, rather than to the requested time frame. This does not apply to the information regarding SARs, which has been provided from 25 January to 30 June 2021.

25 - To note, where collective grievances were raised this is counted as one case.

6. How many grievances were upheld / ongoing?

  • 3 were upheld.

  • 6 were partially upheld.

  • 1 is still ongoing.

7. How many complaints were made by staff?

Where members of staff are unhappy there are several routes to raise their issues. Many are informal in their nature and are not recorded. Staff have the option of raising formal grievance and these are noted above. Therefore, this information is not held.

8. How many complaints were carried out?

9. How many complaints upheld / ongoing?

11. How many SAR were requested?

31 SARs were received during the period specified in relation to the 2021 Census.

12. How many of the SAR were not complied with in the 28-day window?

28 out of the 31 were responded to within the statutory 'one calendar month' timeframe.

The requesters for each of the three requests which were responded to outside of the timeframe were kept fully informed of the reasons for the delay.
