Unfortunately, we do not hold data specifically related to the number offence in relation to Section 19 and 22 of the Transport Act 1985. However, you will find data on some driving offences in Table A4 of our Crime in England and Wales: Appendix tables
The Home Office also holds some data about driving offences, which gives a quarterly breakdown of all recorded offences broken down by Police Force Areas and Community Safety Partnerships. This can be found in our Crime In England and Wales: Police Force Areas data tables.
