Please could you let me know the weekly data on UK Spending on the "social" category using Debit and Credit Cards between 2004 to 2019?

Unfortunately, we do not hold any data for UK spending on credit and debit cards prior to 13 January 2020. This data is provided to us by the Bank of England and as such, we are unable to fulfil your request.
All data which is provided to us for this data source is published weekly through the 'Real-time indicators' publication.
Therefore, the Bank of England may be better placed to provide you with this information. They can be contacted at Freedom of Information | Bank of England.
