Set ddata Labour market statistics time series

Due to a processing error the vacancies per 100 employee jobs time series data in LMS and UNEM were not updated with the latest data at publication time. However, these data were available in published dataset VACS02. This problem has now been resolved. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
