After the initial figures for the ONC population census were published in 2001 it was feared in some quarters that there were missing people - https://www.ons.gov.uk/census/2001censusandearlier/aboutcensus2001. Following a review, revised figures for (at least) Westminster and Manchester were published.
Where can I find the detail of the process of revision and revised numbers - it seems not to be readily found on the link above.
