Multiple tables of household expenditure in the UK split by disposable income or gross income groups for different household compositions. Please note that there have been methodological changes introduced to the FYE24 dataset in addition to an output tables quality review, please see the “Data Sources and Quality” section of the Family Spending FYE24 bulletin and the Living Costs and Food Survey technical report for more details.

Updates

We have applied additional data suppression to Table 5 within the health section and education section because of data volatility. As a result, we recommend that users analyse health and education using total health and total education, rather than the detailed breakdown.
