Accommodation type: "House or bungalow" includes the categories: 'Detached whole house or bungalow', 'Semi-detached whole house or bungalow', 'Terraced whole house or bungalow (including end-terrace)'; "Flat, maisonette or apartment" includes: 'A flat, maisonette or apartment that is in a purpose-built block of flats or tenement', 'A flat, maisonette or apartment that is part of a converted or shared house (including bed-sits)', 'A flat, maisonette or apartment that is in a commercial building (for example, in an office building, hotel, or over a shop)'. 2. In this table, Tenure: "Shared ownership; rented and living rent free" includes 'Shared ownership (part owned and part rented)', 'Social rented: Rented from council (Local Authority)', 'Social rented: Other social rented', 'Private rented: Private landlord or letting agency', 'Private rented: Employer of a household member', 'Private rented: Relative or friend of household member', 'Private rented: Other' and 'Living rent free'.
