The Bank of England has requested exceptional pre-release access for Consumer Price Index, Labour Market Statistics, Pay As You Earn Real Time Information and Gross Domestic Product. This request has been granted by the Office for National Statistics (ONS) and HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC).
Attached are the exchange of letters between Ben Broadbent (Bank of England) and Michael Keoghan (ONS) requesting a change to the timing of exceptional pre-release access for the June Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) meeting.
