These estimates show average business energy expenditure as a proportion of total purchases of energy, goods, materials and services. The estimates are categorised by employment sizeband of firms, and by 2 digit Standard Industrial Classification (SIC). The Annual Business Survey covers Great Britain, and excludes the financial and insurance sector, public sector organisations and part of the agriculture sector.
