1. Contacting us for support

Users will be contacted directly to advise when they will be transitioned, and to detail how this will affect their project. SRS users can email srs.customer.support@ons.gov.uk at any time during the transition process. We would ask that users wait to be contacted about the transition to the IDS before contacting Customer Support with any non-urgent questions.

Once onboarded to the IDS, users will be directed to the IDS Customer Support team for any future support needs. Customer Support functions are available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

Both services, and their respective users, should not notice any immediate changes to the current support being provided.

2. Training available

The Office for National Statistics (ONS) will notify users prior to their transition to the Integrated Data Service (IDS). All users and their projects will be migrated by the ONS. Users will be fully supported throughout the transition, and guidance will be provided when you are contacted about the transition of your project.
