Learn more about the transition to the Integrated Data Service

Throughout the year and leading up to the closure of the Secure Research Service (SRS), the Office for National Statistics (ONS) will host events for researchers to learn more about the IDS. These events will be promoted to all accredited researchers. You can keep up to date on our events webpage or on this page.

The Data Growth and Operations directorate within the ONS is currently engaging with all data owners who hold data within the SRS. As part of this engagement, they will provide data owners with a full overview of the IDS, and how we plan transition to the new service. No data will be transitioned or made available through the IDS without advance permission from the data owner.

There are currently no events scheduled for the Integrated Data Service. However, we are in the process of curating online and in-person sessions for you to learn more.
