Would it be possible for me to have information on how many applications are made to the Home Office for work visas by country and if possible industry sector please?
Also, if there is any further information that you feel I would benefit from such as trend data for the past 5 years, that would be greatly received.

Unfortunately, we do not hold the data you requested.
We do present some Home Office visa statistics in our Migration Statistics Quarterly Bulletin (MSQR). The latest release was on 24 August 2017.
