Thank you for your Freedom of Information request asking for the numbers of women born in 1950-1960 living in Essex, Tendring and Colchester and how many women born 1950-60 living in Essex have died in the last 2 years before reaching the age of 66.

We publish mid-year population estimates by single year of age, the latest of which are for mid-2018. Once you have downloaded the excel file from the website, you will find Essex on row 187, Tendring on row 198 and Colchester on row 193 of the worksheet MYE2-Females.

In order to answer the last part of your question we would need to create a special extract and tabulation of the data by age at time of death. This bespoke analysis service would be subject to legal frameworks, disclosure control, resources and agreements of costs, where appropriate.
