Can you please confirm that there hasn't been double counting of deaths where the person died away from their home residence? And registered again at home?

Deaths are recorded by postcode place of residence. Within our Death registrations and occurrences by local authority and health board publication, if a person is taken to hospital in, for example, Monmouth, but their place of residence was Blaenau Gwent, their death would be recorded as Blaenau Gwent Hospital 1.
