Please provide the figures for the following;

  1. What were the increases in house prices from the year 1985 to 1995 for terraced and semi-detached properties in Northampton or Northamptonshire, based on official house price statistics?

  2. Was the speed of increase in terraced property prices higher or lower than semi-detached properties in Northampton or Northamptonshire before the recession of the 1990's, based on official house price statistics?

  3. Did the decrease in terraced property values and semi-detached property values fall at the same or different speeds after the start of the 1990's recession, based on official house price statistics?

Unfortunately the data you are requesting is not held by us. The UK House Price Index publishes average house prices and associated growth rates down to a local authority level with a property type breakdown. The data source of this release for England and Wales is HM Land Registry from whom data is available from 1995.
