Use of fax machines in the ONS

Please would you tell me:

1. Does your department use physical fax machines?
2. If yes, how many fax machines does your department have?
3. Does your department have an on-premise fax infrastructure (no physical fax machines, but a fax server hosted by your department)?
4. How much does faxing cost your department each year?

1. No, it is a cloud-based service.
2. Not applicable.
3. No, the service is hosted by Konica. Customers send their faxes to the number we advertise, which is forwarded to a fax PDF conversion service, which then forwards a PDF of the fax to the ONS.
4. £5,500 per annum including VAT.
