UK Statistics Authority information hosting systems

I am seeking information from the UK Statistics Authority about how their information systems are hosted.

I am specifically referring to:

• https://www.statisticsauthority.gov.uk/
• https://uksa.statisticsauthority.gov.uk/
• https://www.ons.gov.uk/
• https://osr.statisticsauthority.gov.uk/
• https://code.statisticsauthority.gov.uk/

For each information system, I would like to know the following details.

1. Is the system hosted on-premises by the authority in question, by a commercial hosting provider (e.g. a cloud provider such as Amazon Web Services), a combination of the two, or via some other arrangement? 

2. If a commercial hosting provider is involved, please supply the name of the provider(s). 

3. Since when have the current hosting arrangements been in place?
