If there is "agreement on what issues merit" discussion or raising at future meetings, a note is made?

Thank you for your request. The Non-Executive Directors meet for 15 minutes prior to the start of each Authority Board meeting, the dates and minutes of which are available here:

There are no agendas, papers or minutes for these sessions, and no executives or secretariat are present. If any matters arise which merit it, these are raised by the Chair in the succeeding Board meeting. Any such matters are recorded in the minutes. Additionally those who attend the Non-Exuctive Directors meeting will attend the subsequent Board meeting and so the only record held of attendance will be in the minutes thereof. There have been no other formal meetings of the Non-Executive Directors.

As this information is already available to you via this route ONS considers that S21(1) applies to this request and the information does not have to be supplied under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act. S21(1) is an absolute exemption and no consideration of the public interest test needs to be applied.
