Following a search of our records I can confirm that we do not hold the specific information you have requested.
Marriage statistics for constituent countries of the UK are produced separately for England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland by the Office for National Statistics (ONS), National Records of Scotland (NRS) and the Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency (NISRA) respectively.
While marriage rates are available for England and Wales, they are not available for Scotland and Northern Ireland, and therefore not available for the UK. Marriage rates for England and Wales are available in our annual Marriages in England and Wales publication. The latest rates available are for 2016 and can be found in tables 8 and 9b of the 2016 downloadable excel file.
Statistics on the cost of weddings is not collected by the statistical offices of the UK.
