Please see the attached file which contains the UK House Price Index arithmetic mean used in the Retail Prices Index annual update. It covers the period from January to December 2021, and was first used in producing the figures released on 23 March 2022, not those released on 16 February 2022. The data are the equivalent to the 2020 data released on 20 April 2021.
