From the latest statistics available for the UK for those who have had first, second and booster injections please supply:
(a) Of those vaccinated against Covid 19 what proportion (%age) has been admitted to hospital with Covid-19 (including all variants) and, of those vaccinated, what proportion (%age) has died (in and out of hospital)?
(b) Of those unvaccinated (zero injections) against Covid 19, what proportion (%age) has been admitted to hospital with Covid-19 (including all variants) and, of those unvaccinated, what proportion (%age) has died (in and out of hospital)?

We are responsible for the provision of mortality statistics for England and Wales. National Records Scotland (NRS) and the Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency (NISRA) are responsible for statistics pertaining to Scotland and Northern Ireland. Therefore, we do not hold the requested data for the whole of the UK. Should you wish to obtain this data from NRS and NISRA, they can be contacted at foi@nrscotland.gov.uk and info@nisra.gov.uk respectively.
We also do not hold up-to-date information on hospitalisations. Our data on hospital episodes is obtained from the Hospital Episode Statistics published by NHS Digital with an approximately 3 month delay. Therefore, we use this data to determine pre-existing conditions and general health of individuals, but not to analyse recent hospitalisations due to COVID-19.
UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) publish data that could help answer your enquiry. They produce a weekly surveillance report which looks at the impact on hospitalisations, infection, vaccine effectiveness and COVID-19 mortality. They can be contacted on InformationRights@UKHSA.gov.uk.
In case it is of interest however, we have produced analysis on deaths involving COVID-19 or all cause deaths after receipt of the COVID-19 vaccination. Deaths by vaccination status, England is an analysis of deaths involving COVID-19 by vaccination status that occurred between 1 January 2021 and 31 October 2021 in England. To note, the vaccination data we hold is for England only.
This publication includes weekly age standardised mortality rates for deaths involving COVID-19 by vaccination status and a detailed analysis of deaths involving COVID-19 which occurred in fully vaccinated individuals. This dataset was produced through complex linking of census data to vaccination data held by NHS. A weekly breakdown by vaccination status for deaths involving COVID-19 is available in table 1 and all cause deaths in table 2. This dataset does not include breakdowns for place of death.
Unfortunately, we do not hold COVID-19 deaths by vaccination status and deaths by place of occurrence, for example hospitals.
