Thank you for your request for information relating to crimes committed within the UK separated into nationality and type of crime. Unfortunately we do not hold the data you have requested.
We publish figures from the Crime Survey for England and Wales (CSEW) and police recorded crime data. Police recorded crime data relate to offences recorded by police forces in England and Wales that have been reported to them, and the CSEW is a face-to-face victimisation survey in which people resident in households in England and Wales are asked about their experiences of a range of crimes in the 12 months prior to the interview. This means that we mainly hold information on the victims of crime and not the perpetrators, and as such we are unable to provide you with data regarding the nationality of offenders.
Statistics regarding perpetrators of crime are collected by the Ministry of Justice who may be able to provide further assistance.
They can be contacted at the following email address: statistics.enquiries@justice.gsi.gov.uk
