I would like to request datasets covering between 2-6 years. This data should include the age, ethnicity (race), diagnosis, family history, dietary history, weight, date of diagnoses, mortality rate, date of death, type of disease, social/environmental factors that influence the diseases and the type of treatment.

We do not hold ethnicity data, family history, dietary history, weight or social/environmental factor data. We are therefore unable to provide the data that you request. Public Health England (PHE) have undertaken some work on Prostate and Ethnicity analysis (www.ncin.org.uk/view?rid=2635) so it may be worth contacting them.
