I require information on whether a traffic signal camera is on and functional.
The camera is in Leeds, West Yorkshire on Harehills Lane at the junction with Harehills Avenue.
I would like to know if this camera was turned on and functional between 4pm and 5pm on Friday 18th December 2020.
