Please provide me with the figure, or an estimate of the total value of coal mining as % of GDP, including industries deemed as tertiary to coal mining within the UK (such as plant, power generation, freight rail & shipping - broken down separately if possible) between the years 1980 & 1990, preferably listed per fiscal year within the aforementioned dates.
