I would like, if possible, a spreadsheet containing a list of the top 100 boys and girls names for each ITL region (i.e. North East England, Yorkshire and the Humber) and year, 1996-2021

Thank you for your request.
The top ten baby names for each International Territorial Level 1 are available in our annual baby names release.
If this data does not suit your needs, we may be able to provide you with a bespoke tabulation. However, due to the risk of disclosure, we cannot provide data for baby names where the count is less than 3.
Information on baby names by International Territorial Level 1 geographies along with other special extracts and tabulations of life events data for England and Wales may available to order. Subject to legal frameworks, disclosure control, resources and agreements of costs in line with the ONS Charging Policy.
