We believe you are referring to the Situational Judgement Test which is one of the earlier stages of the application process. The tests are bespoke for each role and are designed to assess candidates' suitability for the role in question. Once a sufficient sized sample of applications are received (usually between one to two hundred), these are assessed to benchmark the pass rate for the specific role. Therefore, the percentage passing will vary dependant on the particular role applied for. Examples are:
- Area Manager: 45.60% passed
- Team Leader: 50.65% passed
- Household Officer: 92.16% passed
- Communal Establishment Officer: 95.68% passed
People are classed as applicants until they have attended and passed their Right to Work check on the first day of employment.
