- How long did teachers take for paternity leave?
- What hours did teachers complete when they returned to work - i.e. full time, part time etc
- How many teachers took pay cuts when returning to work after maternity leave?
- What is the comparison of female teachers’ pay on returning to work after maternity leave vs. male counterparts at the same level before maternity leave was taken?
