We do not hold the exact data you have requested. We publish official statistics on the number of suicides as part of the annual Suicides in the UK release, which includes methods as outlined in Table 20: https://www.ons.gov.uk/peoplepopulationandcommunity/birthsdeathsandmarriages/deaths/datasets/suicidesintheunitedkingdomreferencetables. Data may be available to commission as a bespoke analysis. Such services would fall outside of the Freedom of Information regime and would be subject to legal frameworks, disclosure control, resources and agreement of costs where appropriate. If you would like to discuss your requirements further, please contact health.data@ons.gov.uk.
