May I ask that you kindly provide clarification of the following points;
Are the spend figures ex-VAT or inclusive?
Are the membership fees referenced in relation to the 'Diversity Champions' scheme? If not, please state the membership.
In respect to all training courses and conferences for which overall figures have been provided, could you please provide a break-down to name each event, provide the per-attendee fee for that event and confirm how many attendees to each such event?

A: The spend figures quoted in relation to payments made to Stonewall are VAT inclusive.
Q: Are the membership fees referenced in relation to the 'Diversity Champions' scheme? If not, please state the membership.
A: Yes, we can confirm that the annual membership payments are for Diversity Champions Membership.
Q: In respect to all training courses and conferences for which overall figures have been provided, could you please provide a break-down to name each event, provide the per-attendee fee for that event and confirm how many attendees to each such event?
