Yes we use both a social media management platform and media and social media monitoring tools.
2) If so, what tools do you use?
Hootsuite and Pulsar
3) How much do you spend annually on a Social media management tool?
£39,000 (ex VAT)
4) How much do you spend annually on a social listening tool?
£96,200 (ex VAT) which covers media monitoring (Vuelio) and social media listening (Pulsar)
5) When does your contract with your supplier/suppliers end?
Hootsuite contract ends December 2023; Access Intelligence contract ends 24/07/23 (this includes Vuelio and Pulsar)
6) Who is the senior officer in charge of this contract?
