For the non-produced assets figure in the national balance sheet do you produce small area (LSOA or LAD) estimates for land value for residential?
If yes, I would like to request the data in a flat file format with standard geographic identifiers and the total land value for that area.

For the non-produced assets figure in the UK National Balance Sheet, estimates for land values (under code AN.211) are calculated at a national and sector aggregate level. We do not produce or hold small area estimates, such as Lower Super Output Area (LSOA) or Local Authority Districts (LAD), isolating residential land values and therefore we cannot provide a flat file for these geographic identifiers or residential land values.
