  • I would be grateful if you could disclose the amount of funding received by ONS from central government to date to fund this study?

  • Is any further funding from government going to be available to finance the study going forward?

  • How much of this funding is paid to partner contractor IQVIA by the ONS?

Thank you for your request.

1. ​The ONS has an agreement with Department for Health and Social Care to operate the Schools Infection Survey which includes total funding of £29.2m.

2. The funding arrangement runs to July 2021. Any funding that is not used on this study is returned.

3. To the end of February the payments made to the partner contractor total £3.1m.
