I would like reported incidents in hospitals across the NHS from Jan 2016 to Dec 2020 where police have been notified.

Unfortunately, our crime Survey for England and Wales (CSEW) does not collect information on whether a crime, or specifically an assault, took place in a hospital.
The Home Office are responsible for collating data on police recorded crime.
