Also, could I please have a breakdown of how much is spent on utilities for this building, such as electricity, heating, or any other office maintenance costs?

Payable rent is £443,820 per annum. Service charge is £109,788 per annum which includes landlord services and Gas/Water costs.
Electricity costs are in the region of £48k per annum. Utility costs are for the ONS demise only, not the building.
Rent and Service charges are payable to Bruntwood Management Services Limited acting as Landlords Agent.
