Release of NHS Data June 2017

I would like to request any correspondence (including emails) or notes of meetings relating to the decision to move the release of NHS data from election day June 8 to the following date (June 9).  

I am requesting both correspondence/notes between individuals at ONS and any correspondence/notes between ONS and other bodies/organisations.
